Additionally, given that EB1 and EB2 for this category is "Current" and these categories use very little of their 40,040, it should be reasonable to assume EB3 will benefit greatly from the unused EB1 and Eb2's. Question: Am I correct in these statements and assumptions? Thank you so much!
